Rare pair of Neo-Renaissance chairs, France circa 1880. Exceptional pair of chairs from the Third Republic period in carved walnut, in the style of Henry II. The backrest is adorned with a panel in embossed and tinted leather depicting a winged griffin, studded with brass rosette nails — high-quality leatherwork. Structure with turned balusters, fluted legs, H-shaped crossbar. Original full-grain leather seats. Authentic patina. Character pieces, ideal for a collector's interior.
