Antique flat plate

Beautiful old flat plate - No manufacturer's name on the back of the plate. Cream plate with a green rim around the edge, seven small blue flowers with chocolate stems and leaves on the surface. Normal wear and tear due to age and use, in generally good condition (see photos).
