Jensen & Molholm for Herning, Denmark, in the 1960s. The piece is stamped, ensuring its authenticity. This sideboard showcases the craftsmanship of Danish cabinetmaking from the golden age of Scandinavian design. Its elegant silhouette, sculpted wood handles, and exceptional quality of veneer make it both functional and decorative. The interior layout is particularly comprehensive: 3 large drawers. 4 sliding doors. 4 small interior drawers in Rio rosewood. Shelves and interior mirror. ✍️ Note: Its format is particularly interesting and quite rare. More imposing than a classic low sideboard, often limited in storage capacity, it offers significantly greater storage volume. Conversely, it remains much more harmonious than a very tall highboard (>130cm). ✨ Condition: The top and edges have been renovated and the wood nourished. The overall condition is very good, while still retaining a few discreet marks of time reflecting its 60 years of history.
