Danish Rosewood Folding Dining Table, 1960s

Vintage extending dining room table, round, in scandinavian-modern style, from the 1960s. This beautiful table is made of wood with a rosewood veneer and a lacquered finish on the top, tapered legs, and a butterfly extension of 48.5 cm, allowing it to go from a round shape and an unopened format of 120 cm, to a 168.50 cm oval shape, to comfortably seat between 4 and 6 people (please see photos for variations.) to open and extend the table, simply unlock the 2 hooks under the table top, gently slide to open and slowly unfold the butterfly extension, then gently guide each end towards the sheet, until that it is firmly in place. Then lock the table top with the four hooks (two under the table top and two under the extension). The table is in very good original and vintage condition, with some slight signs of use.
