Set of 6 Cesca B32 designer chairs by Marcel Breuer. Chrome-plated steel frame, solid beech frame with "natural" varnish and black faux leather fabric. An iconic piece of the Bauhaus spirit signed by the designer Marcel Breuer. In 1928, he created a revolutionary chair named Cesca, the diminutive of his daughter Francesca's first name, the first cantilever chair. Functional, simple and resolutely modern. Its wide seat gives it exceptional comfort. Made in Italy in 1987. "Made in Italy" stamp under each seat accompanied by the date of manufacture. Very good general condition of conservation. Traces of use and time to note (see photos) including on the edges of the seats and some traces of oxidation on the underside of the chrome tubes. All the chairs have been restored (cleaning of the chrome, wood-eating treatment and filling, oiling of the wood, etc.) and are sold with new pads. All the seats have been redone with new black skai.
