Elegant, vintage cream-white paper. Original central fold (typical of large atlas formats). Condition: good, usual signs of age, original central fold reinforced (barely visible once framed). This plate comes from a 19th-century educational botanical atlas and is illustrated with finely executed chromolithographs. The work features precise representations of plants, combining scientific accuracy with aesthetic quality. This illustration presents two magnificent forest trees in their natural posture.
