Upcycled table lamp made from Cari Zalloni ceramic – Cityscape Collection|28 cm. This extraordinary table lamp combines two design worlds that could hardly be more different at first glance – and precisely for that reason, they harmonise perfectly. The lamp base is made from an original ceramic vase by Cari Zalloni, one of the most significant designers of post-war German modernism. His designs for Steuler Keramik are now among the most sought-after icons of West German pottery and are characterised by their sculptural, architectural forms. Like all lamps from Roomlight Studio, this unique piece has been carefully converted into a lamp. The collector's value of the vase is preserved, as no drilling has been done. The reversible plug-in solution allows for a return to the original state at any time. The lamp base is additionally weighted to ensure a stable stand. The rechargeable LED light source is conveniently charged via USB-C and offers – depending on the selected brightness – a lighting duration of up to 12 hours. The included remote control allows for individual adjustment of brightness and light colour – from warm white mood lighting to neutral white.
