Soupière XIXth earthenware of Gien

Superb tureen in delft earthenware and stamped gien france. Made in france late nineteenth / early twentieth century. In pretty shades of blue on ivory-colored earthenware, the lid is surmounted by a fish as a handle. In a very good state of conservation, there are no accidents. There is just a very small lack in the tail of the fish (see photo) and a very slight trace inside the tureen (see photo). No cracks, no chips, no signs of restoration, no ginning. A very beautiful and refined piece. Flat plates of the same service also available in my other items on sale. Height: 23 cm. Width (from one handle to another): 34 cm. Base diameter: 17 cm.
