Origins. East German maker: VEB Coswig Keramik. DDR 1970s mid-century design. Signature stamp: VEB COSWIG Design. Tall, tapered ovoid silhouette with a broader lower half. Glazed ceramic in a dark green to near black glaze. Exterior covered with a regular cross-hatch incised pattern in tan/brown. Large-scale vase suitable as a bold tabletop focal piece. Specs.
