Beautiful pair of side tables designed by Hans C. Andersen and produced in Denmark during the 1960s. Crafted in teak, each table features a square top framed by a slender raised wooden edge. One table has a black Formica surface and the other a contrasting white Formica surface, creating a playful yet balanced pair. Particularly distinctive are the four finely sculpted legs, which taper elegantly towards the floor before ending in softly rounded feet. Their slender proportions give the tables a light appearance, while the warm teak provides a refined contrast with the graphic black and white tops. The combination of sculpted solid wood, clean geometric surfaces and subtle detailing reflects the craftsmanship and functional simplicity associated with Danish modern design from this period.
