Set of 6 silver-gilt mocha spoons by the koch & bergfled factory, rokoko model. The spatula and the stapled stem receive a delicate rocaille style ornamentation on both sides, leaving a reserve in the central part, unengraved. Hallmarks • moon and crown (guaranteed for german silver). • title: 800 thousandths. • master goldsmith: a vase on a pedestal for koch & bergfled. Dimensions: length: 10.6 cm. Net weight: 78 grams. Condition report: good condition. Some wear and tear on the vermeil, visible in the photographs but barely visible to the eye. Our model was created in 1893, the golden age of creation within the koch & bergfled factory which is today one of the oldest european factories still in activity. Today, koch & bergfled supplies german embassies with silver cutlery but also produces the uefa champions league cup and the golden camera model for hörzu magazine. Our mocha spoons no longer exist in vermeil but are currently sold in solid silver at a price of €90 each.
