Large bench from an ancient monastery dating from the early 20th century (circa 1900–1920). Originally from a monastery in France, this extra-long bench is primarily made of pine wood, with solid oak frames and legs. The bench features a simple and functional design with a straight backrest and profiled side supports. The seat consists of four hinged sections that open to reveal practical storage compartments underneath. The wood has developed a beautiful patina over time with signs of wear consistent with age and use. Natural variations, surface marks, and signs of age contribute to its authentic character.
