Vintage design. This modern mid-century wall plate was created by Wilhelm Kagel in Germany during the 1960s. It is made of blue ceramic material. The piece is in very good condition with slight wear consistent with its age and use, and it shows a patina also in line with its age. It has a maker's mark.
