This sublime baluster vase beautifully illustrates the artisanal work of Lucien Brisdoux, a figure in French ceramics from the 1940s. Charming, its cracked ivory glaze adorned with large expressive black-brown spots with golden inclusions creates an enchanting effect typical of the artistic explorations of workshops from the 1920s to 1940s. Original and elegant, this striking Art Deco vase is very beautiful and will perfectly fit on a low piece of furniture or a console. The vase is antique and dates from the 1930s. It is in perfect condition. A handwritten signature and a model number are visible under the base. 7.5 to 13 cm in diameter, 27 cm in height. Visible in Colmar, delivery possible upon request.
