Teak sideboard, Denmark, 1960s/70s, vintage, mid-century modern

This sideboard was manufactured in Denmark during the 1960s/70s. The main cabinet is finished in teak veneer and rests on solid teak legs. The elegant detailing on the fronts and drawers adds a charming touch to the piece. The sideboard features four sliding doors. Behind the right-hand door is a bar section with a decorative mirror; the central section contains shelves, while the left-hand section includes drawers and a shelf. All shelves are height-adjustable and can be removed if desired. Additionally, there are four spacious, pull-out drawers at the base. The piece is sturdy and fully functional, with doors and drawers that operate smoothly and effortlessly. The sideboard has undergone a complete restoration process: old finishes were removed, the wood was lightly stained to even out the tone, any veneer imperfections were repaired, and the surface was refinished with three coats of a hard oil-wax, which provides resistance to dirt and water. The furniture is in excellent condition—ready to be placed in a home, office, or studio.
