Royal Bonn "Flamand" Vase – Fine blue and white faience – Germany, circa 1900. Beautiful two-handled vase made of fine glazed faience, featuring a blue and white printed decoration in the "Flamand" style from the Royal Bonn factory (Franz Anton Mehlem, Bonn, Germany). The baluster body is entirely covered with a dense geometric pattern reminiscent of a mosaic, punctuated by reserves depicting treed landscapes and floral compositions (tulips, roses). The neck features a characteristic copper/brown border, and the two openwork handles replicate the same mosaic decoration. Marks on the underside of the base: printed Royal Bonn mark (crown above intertwined initials "FM", mention "1755 Bonn"), inscription "Flamand" in script, impressed model number "2982" and impressed workshop marks. Dating: circa 1900 (late 19th – early 20th century) Condition: Very good overall condition. There is a fine hairline crack inside the neck, visible only when looking inside the vase (invisible from the outside and to the touch). No impact on the sturdiness or presentation of the vase. No other chips or cracks noted.
