Josephinenhütte - red wine glasses (5) - Art Nouveau - Cut and engraved Crystal Roemer

Ref. 2446 - early twentieth century, this truly exceptional suite of 5 large roemer glasses with red wine in beautifully cut and engraved crystal by josephinenhütte in good condition. No cracks or shines. 5 colors (cobalt blue, amber yellow, ametyst purple, ruby red and purple purple), each representing one of the 6 main grape varieties. Crystal lined (clear and colored) with bevel size and finely engraved with a floral decoration. Hexagonal leg with large dodecagon button (12 sides) faceted facilitating the holding of the glass in the hand, base of the foot round and cut with small lancets. Each glass is unique. Strong crystalline sound (24% pb). I let you imagine the number of days it takes to make just one of these glasses. All the many photos complete this detailed description.
