Beautiful set of 4 chairs by designer Robin Day for the English manufacturer Hille. They date from the 1960s. Moulded polypropylene shell and chrome-plated steel base. They are a lovely alternative to Eames chairs for Vitra. We love their vintage orange-red colour that will add a pop to your dining space. Stackable and lightweight, they are practical for everyday handling. They are stable, sturdy, and comfortable. They have been cleaned and are perfectly clean and healthy. They all have plastic pads under the feet. With some signs of use consistent with their age, the overall condition remains excellent. Visible signs of time: small traces of oxidation on the feet and minimal wear.
