Pair of Louis XV style armchairs in ochre velvet

An elegant pair of Louis XV style armchairs, combining classic charm and comfort. The frames are made of carved wood, adorned with floral and foliate motifs typical of the period, with a beautiful natural golden patina. The seats and backs are upholstered in a warm ochre velvet, in good overall condition with a lovely patina. The seats are comfortable and stable. Please note: the armrest foam needs replacing, but the fabric is generally in good condition. Total height: 87 cm. Seat height: 40 cm. Width: 60 cm. Depth: 50 cm. Very good structural condition. Some slight signs of wear on the fabric (see photos), consistent with age.
