Vintage pewter and glass hand bell by Gunnar Havstad, Norway 1950s

A rare and classic norwegian pewter hand bell with a transparent green glass ball handle on the top surrounded by pewter strings. Made by gunnar havstad (b.1901 - d. 1973) from his own pewter workshop/studio in nesodden - norway 1950s. Special design and lovely as a decorative object as well as a hand bell. Very good vintage condition and nice pewter patina. Measures: 24cmh X 9cmd (top) X 7 cm (bottom).
