Period Singer office - sewing machine

This desk is traditionally a work piece of furniture for a sewing machine. It was created by singer certainly in the 50s. It can be used in extra office, schoolboy, entrance console... The sewing machine works with electricity. I just replaced the plug, and tested it. It works. But it can be dismantled in 2 strokes of screwdriver to make room for a small storage box for your papers or notebooks. The tray opens as you can see in the photos, and settles on a metal support that comes out and stores itself. The color is cumin yellow. The feet are original, painted and waxed in black. Rare and atypical piece.
