Cascade floor lamp "Grapes" in multicoloured glass

A true luminous sculpture from the 70s! This superb three-light floor lamp in Space Age style features a structure with fluid curves in chrome metal, accommodating three lampshades shaped like clusters of grapes. Each cluster is unique! Each is made of genuine coloured glass beads and has been shaped and assembled by hand, one by one, onto a metal frame through a delicate and complex twisting of wire. The slight variations in the shapes and arrangements of the beads reflect the artisan's touch, making each diffuser a singular work of art. A festival of colours and light: When off, the clusters have a dark and elegant appearance, but once lit, the glass illuminates and reveals sumptuous shades of turquoise blue, cobalt blue, and emerald green. Its heavy circular base ensures perfect stability. Materials: Tubular structure in chrome metal, lampshades made of genuine coloured glass beads (blue and green) fully assembled by hand on period metal wire. General condition: Very good vintage condition. The chrome is shiny with a superb patina of use. Electricity: Fully functional, LED E14 bulbs provided.
