Eco sncf bottle rack from the 1950s

This large bottle rack from the 1950s is stamped eco sncf. Eco being the diminutive of commissary, these stores and these wagons, which allowed railway workers to stock up on groceries, canned goods, household linen, work clothes and even wine at low prices. Special vouchers even made it possible to have temporary credits to make purchases. This beautiful, sturdy crate has 10 compartments.
