Set of six "Fish" glasses designed by Frank Gehry in 1990 for the American publisher Swid Powell. Made of moulded and blown lead crystal, each glass features a sculptural fish-shaped stem supporting a smooth bowl. Produced in Czechoslovakia by Desna Glass, they reflect Frank Gehry's interest in organic forms and movement, already evident in his architectural work. Manufacturer's mark and signature underneath the piece: "Gehry Swid Powell Edition 250 Amses Cosma". This work is part of a limited edition of 250 copies. Edition: Swid Powell, circa 1990.
