Vintage carpet made by hand in romania, about 50-70 years ago, beautiful little flowers, bohemian design. In good conditions, only the touch of the time and few little holes which will be repaired, beautiful colors. Not very thick, can be used as a bed or sofa cover, tapestry or a light rug. In romania, years ago, every mom handmade for her daughters beautiful carpets and rugs as dot for their weddings. I grown up with this: every winter, at my grandmother' s house, women from the village, neighbors and relatives, spend the evenings and those long winter nights together, working on beautiful wool rugs or other handmade items. Nowadays the art of handcrafting rugs is almost extinguished. Now, we are trying to discover and put into the modern design context these beauties. This is our story.
