19th century floral Napoleon armchair

Old floral velvet armchair from the napoleon III period, late 19th century, with its blackened pear wood base. The fabric appears to be original, and is therefore in very good condition considering its age, however, it has a few small encrusted "spots", which blend into the overall look. Slight tear at the bottom of an armrest. Please refer to the numerous photos for the general condition and particularly stained areas.
