Modernist armchair circa 1930

Antique armchair in good overall condition. Circa 1930 - Origin, Netherlands. Stable, clean, sturdy, and comfortable. Chromed tubular steel structure with some missing parts and wear. Natural patina. Suspended seat known as "cantilever." Black lacquered wooden armrests. New fabric covering, grey/taupe/light brown cotton canvas. The seat and backrest are filled with horsehair. In good condition. Beautiful elegant and unique shape reminiscent of some modernist models by Breuer/Thonet. Uncommon unidentified model. Length 61 cm. Depth 80 cm. Back height 78 cm. Seat height 38 cm.
