Pair of sandstone table lamps, model dl34 and dl35, palshus edition (denmark). Lamp bases in blue glaze and a relief lined pattern. Chamotte clay gives a natural and lively surface. Both are signed under the foot (pls for per linnemann-schmidt). Palshus was founded by per and his wife annelise linnemann-schmidt. The couple created and produced objects in chamotte (danish clay) with relief decorations (dishes, vases and lamps). Their design is timeless, these lamps have a contemporary and graphic side despite being more than 50 years old. The colors are earthy tones characteristic of scandinavia: blues, browns, greens and beiges. Many other talented ceramicists also worked for palshus, including jens h. Quistgaard and esben klint. The lamps come with new lampshades. They have been re-electrified. Dimensions dl35: lampshade: diameter 35cm / 25cm, height 25cm. Total height: 61cm. Height of the lamp base, including socket 40cm. Dimensions dl34: lampshade: diameter 30cm / 20cm, height 20cm. Total height: 48.5cm. Height of the lamp base, including socket 38cm.
