Techna armchairs – asahi kogyo, italian manufacture, 1990s

Rare set of five TECHNA armchairs, distributed in Japan by Asahi Kogyo and manufactured in Italy in the early 1990s. Their postmodern design combines a black-stained wooden frame, a round seat upholstered in dark grey fabric, and an enveloping backrest accented by fine chrome metal rods. Their graphic and elegant silhouette fits perfectly into a contemporary, vintage, Space Age, or 1990s design-inspired interior. The overall condition is good for use. The five armchairs are solid, stable, and fully functional. The chrome parts are well preserved. The seats show some minor marks and superficial stains, with no holes or tears. Slight wear on the black finish is also visible at the ends of the armrests, without affecting the overall attractive presentation of the set. Approximate dimensions per armchair: Height: 68 cm.
