This console table, also known as a "hunting table, " is a contemporary piece from the 20th century, inspired by the Regency style, marked by its elegant lines and rich carved decoration. It is made of rechampi painted wood: the light color is lightly patinated, and the reliefs are subtly highlighted with an ivory or gold tone, highlighting the three-dimensional effect. It rests on four curved legs, adorned with sabots and raised plant motifs, while its apron is decorated and embellished with two spacious drawers. The drawers, framed by sinuous moldings and decorated with acanthus leaves, open with blackened metal handles, which provide an elegant contrast.
