The "ruban" floor lamp, designed by jacques charles around 1965, is a remarkable piece of design. Like many of charles' other creations at that time, the lampshade of the lamp was made of folded metal, which gave it a unique sculptural look. The metal tape is connected to the rod by a moving metal part. Although the stem has a little rust, the general condition of the floor lamp is in good vintage condition. Maison charles was created in 1908 by ernest charles, who took over a bronze foundry workshop in the 3rd arrondissement of paris. Since the beginning, maison charles has specialized in the production of bronze lamps and has become famous for its innovative designs and high-quality manufacturing techniques; Good general condition.
