Peacock rattan armchair, circa 1960

Large rattan armchair called "peacock", work of the 1960s. Model nicknamed so because of its large openwork backrest taking the pattern of a peacock tail. Large armrests also worked, seat composed of large strands of bamboo, round foot worked in crosspieces. Round cushion (stains). The foot braces have been restored. In very good general condition, some traces of wear. Very stable and solid model, gives a majestic touch to an interior.
