Antique pharmacy shelf

Forgotten for many years in the attic of a large pharmacy, I once served a purpose… Remedies, vials, and creams were placed in my compartments to treat the sick. I witnessed generations of apothecaries come and go, each seeking relief for their patients within my shelves. My asymmetrical compartments were not arranged randomly: each had its function, its importance in the meticulous organization of the pharmacy. Time passed, and I was respectfully stripped to regain my former beauty. My solid wood still bears the marks of my history, those small imperfections that testify to all those years of service. Today, I dream of a new life: to house your books, your dishes, your treasures, or simply to bring that authentic character that only an antique piece of furniture can offer.
