Old printing box with its stamps

Exceptional! This old wooden printing box with its stamps. Absolutely original, this box was used to store and classify the stamps in alphabetical order, while allowing them not to dry. Dating from the early twentieth century, it has many traces of time that make all its charm! The hinges have been consolidated, the screws replaced by pretty brass screws. A wooden handle has been added, while respecting the authenticity, in order to open it easily. A period hook, recovered from a cabinet, has been added to keep it closed during possible transport, since it has an iron side handle! Almost all the original stamps, made of wood, are present, it must be missing only 2 or 3. This box is an object that is part of the history of printing and the press.
