Beveled mercury mirror and japanese art nouveau illustration on the back

Dating from 1986, the mirror that I present to you is the fragment of an old barber's mirror. Initially composed of three folding mirrors (see photo), only one mirror is presented in this ad. With its almost 150 years of life, the color of the beveled mercury mirror is nicely pitted. The brass surround also has a very pretty patina. The back of the mirror is provided with a japanese art nouveau illustration in very good condition. The discreet hinge is still visible on the brass upright. Very beautiful quality object.
