Title: Set of 2 Mid-Century Cherry Wood Lounge Chairs with Blue‑Silver Fabric (Knoll, 1955) Overview: Pair of rare Mid‑Century lounge chairs from the Knoll Antimott series, Germany, circa 1955. Low‑slung silhouette with visible joinery and a clean geometric profile. Design: Notable Antimott rubber‑band suspension system with steel tube rear supports, signature of the series. Rectilinear cherry frame with slightly splayed legs and integrated arm rails. Materials: Solid cherry wood frame finished with shellac for a warm, polished grain. Upholstered in cool blue‑silver ROMO fabric; steel structural elements at the back. Dimensions: Width: 62 cm • Depth: 70 cm • Height: 83 cm. Seat height: 42 cm (for reference). Notes: Sold as a set of 2; each chair shares the same dimensions and construction. Origin: Germany. Piece bears an attribution mark to Knoll.
