Oil on canvas by mtlg bouquet of still life flowers 960

This oil on canvas represents a bouquet of flowers. It probably dates from the 1960s, the frame seems posterior, apparently repainted blue. We were unable to identify the signature "mtlg". We report friction on the whole oil, you will notice that the nails that fix the work to the frame are more offset from the perimeter than usual which makes that part of the work is hidden by the frame (we see it on the signature). However, this still life remains in a good general condition. Note friction on the frame. Sold unrestored, untouched. For the state thank you to detail the photos.
