The ph5 lamp is an icon of danish design. It was designed by poul henningsen in 1958 and has been produced continuously by the famous louis poulsen factory since then. The purple color variant is quite rare. Henningsen created the ph5 drawing inspiration from his innovative approach to lighting at the time. Its aim was to ensure uniform and gentle dispersion of light, eliminating the problem of blinding glare. Thus, the ph5 effectively illuminates a room, creating a pleasant atmosphere while maintaining high functionality and aesthetics. This particular lamp probably dates from the 1980s, if the details are to be believed. The lamp is in very good condition, we have only cleaned it to highlight its original color and charm.
