Vintage bamboo and woven straw side table

Originally bedside, this bamboo table from the 60s / 70s with its two large trays, will become a beautiful side table that will easily find a function in other rooms of the house. Of an original design, it has a solid bamboo structure in which are included two trays of tight braided straw. Their beautiful size allows a generous decoration. The curved back reminds us of a samurai sword placed on a long oval arch. She is in good condition with traces of time in accordance with her age. Note a small lack of strand on a joint (see photo). But it has no impact on the solidity or the visual. We treated it with a special basketry oil to restore its shine. The structure is healthy and robust. Height: 58 cm. Length: 54 cm. Depth: 44 cm.
