Pair of Italian Nightstands 1950s

Very exquisite set of two beautifully carved nightstands or side tables most probably attributed to paolo buffa (1903-1970), italy, circa 1950s. They feature black glass tops and shelves. Ebonised legs ends are finished with very beautiful lightly patinated brass cups. There is no left or right table, so they can also be used as side table and not exclusively at the bed sides. Absolutely stunning pair of nightstands, end tables or side tables. Some traces of use and patina consistent with age and original vintage condition.
