Art Nouveau Guimard style chandelier in nickel-plated bronze

Art nouveau chandelier in the Guimard style in nickel-plated bronze, with a drape of glass tubes and pendants, adorned with honey-colored cathedral glass plates. The Sofar workshop that made it is a French art bronzier, the only specialist in the world in lighting fixtures representative of the work of Hector Guimard (known among other things for his famous Parisian metro entrances). This chandelier is made from original period elements in the possession of this craft company. Made in 1996. Height: 83 cm. Sides: 35 X 35 cm. Modern electrification with five bulbs. Good general condition with some minor revisions to be expected: the end of a glass tube is broken at one end but this goes unnoticed. In addition, I provide some spare tubes and pendants. The connection of a socket with the cable needs to be tightened (poor contact) This model is still manufactured and currently sold new for €7,956 including tax (excluding packaging costs). I am offering it second-hand for €4,000, to be taken down from the ceiling and collected on site.
