Duo compote dish and pedestal plate boch frères la louvière - model "palm"

For sale, a superb set of two pieces in antique BOCH Frères La Louvière (Belgium) earthenware, rare "PALMETTE" model in green frieze colour. These ceramics from the late 19th century are an essential classic for vintage table decoration, chic flea markets, or Terre de Fer. The set consists of: A Compotier (tall footed fruit bowl): Very beautiful volume, ideal as a centrepiece. A Montée Plate (low footed dish): Perfect for presenting mignardises, cheeses, or cakes. Condition: Both pieces are structurally in EXCELLENT CONDITION: No chips, no cracks, no visible fissures. This is rare for their age! They exhibit an authentic old patina, particularly brown marbling at the bottom of the bowls (see photos), characteristic of used porous earthenware. This enhances their historical charm without compromising their sturdiness. Boch stamps clearly visible under the bases. Dimensions (approximate): Diameter 22.5cm with a height of 13cm and diameter 21.5cm with a height of 6cm. Sale of the set preferred (45 € for the duo). Possibility to separate upon request (30 € for the large one, 20 € for the small one). Delivery: Careful shipping possible. Hand delivery possible in Vizille.
