His sculptural wooden furniture reflects his love for natural materials and his deep connection to nature. His work is heavily influenced by the ideas of the Austrian philosopher, social reformer, and architect Rudolf Steiner. The Daumiller chair, designed by Daumiller in 1977, is now his most famous creation. Recently reissued by Gubi, it is currently experiencing a resurgence in popularity.
