Turned wooden lamp base

This charming dark varnished turned wood lamp base will just need to be paired with a lampshade to your liking. The electrical system is complete (socket for e14 small screw-in bulb, switch, electric cable, ring to screw onto the socket to hold the lampshade). This lamp base must date from the 70s or 80s. It is in good general condition, the electrical system works, I tested it, the switch dates from a time when they worked for life (not like today unfortunately), just a few light marks on the wood. It measures 19.5 cm in height, 25 cm in height with the socket for a maximum diameter of about 8 cm.
