Designer: Arne jacobsen, for more than half the 20th century, arne jacobsen's ideas shaped the danish design landscape, spreading from scandinavia to influence architects and designers around the world. He has managed to direct projects ranging from complex buildings like the danmarks nationalbank to detailed challenges as humble as a special teaspoon for his cutlery set, working with a relatively small studio staff driven by an inextinguishable need to create. Jacobsen's creative process focused on his strict consideration of detail. He brought his visions to life for customers and builders with hand-painted scrupulous watercolours. In any given year, jacobsen has been able to design what others could be happy to produce in five years. Ant no. 3107: The hull is steamed in a single piece consisting of 9 layers of veneer. These layers are always lined with indian cotton inside. The base is chrome steel height (43 cm). Supplements: series 7 is stackable - up to 12 pieces. With ant criticism in mind, arne jacobsen designed what has since become one of the most iconic pieces in the history of danish furniture design: the series 7 chair ™.
