French farm table with tapered legs late 1800

A unique and authentic french antique farm table, made between 1850 and 1900. This table has an original beige paint that gives a beautiful patina to the wood. The table also has eight drawers, two on each side, which are rare for this type of table. The drawers are useful for storing cutlery, napkins, candles and other items. The table is made with a tap joint, a traditional woodworking technique that makes it sturdy and durable. Beneath the table top are the original metal brackets used to extend the table. This table has been fully restored and has a beautiful patina that attests to its history and character.
