Laurits Larsen table

Round table of the 1960s in teak by designer laurits larsen. This scandinavian table is very elegant with its curves, its yoke on the edges and a good quality teak. It is extendable but unfortunately the extension cords are no longer present. The former owner had made an extension cord that allows with a tablecloth to go from 6 to 8 people. The top was sanded by the former owner a few years ago and has been maintained with a special matte colorless oil table and worktop that is qualified for food contact. Oil maintenance once or twice a year is advised. The oil unlike a varnish, is very easy to apply. The table is in good aesthetic condition but two damaged places on the tray are to be noted. Indeed, the photos show that the veneer is damaged in two places. It is solid but the lack can be seen.
