Rare mid-century modern white "iron" and transparent glass ceiling mount fixture from Limburg, Germany's leading glasswork, renowned for its premium and modernist lighting products (Germany, 1960s/70s). Cobweb shaped white "iron" inlaid in textured glass on metal base. Minimal and geometric design casts a wonderful light (see pictures). Beautiful design & high quality. Perfectly works as an impressive wall lamp as well. Labelled. Rewired (hardwired) and ready to use (compatible in all countries Europe, UK, US, Asia, etc.). Requires 2x E27 light bulbs, max 60W each. LED compatible. Diameter: 30 cm/11.8''; height (from ceiling/wall): 15 cm/5.9''. Excellent vintage condition, very light wear and patina consistent with age and use on the metal base.
