This tall corner cabinet was produced in Denmark in the 1960s and is an excellent example of Scandinavian Mid-Century Modern design, combining functionality with a refined, understated aesthetic. Designed to make efficient use of corner spaces, it offers generous storage capacity while maintaining a light and elegant appearance. Crafted from beautifully grained teak, the cabinet features two enclosed storage compartments – one above and one below – separated by a practical open shelf. Both cupboards are fitted with interior shelves, providing ample storage for tableware, books, decorative objects or everyday essentials. Traditional hinged doors allow full access to the cabinet’s interior, making it both practical and convenient to use. The piece has undergone a comprehensive professional restoration. The wooden surfaces were stripped of the old finish and refinished with high-quality Danish oil, enhancing the natural beauty and grain of the teak while providing durable protection.
