Very beautiful patinated plaster sculpture from the Art Nouveau period (circa 1900) by the Belgian sculptor, Gustave Van Vaerenbergh (1873 - 1927). It represents a woman wearing a crown of oak leaves with acorns and dressed in a bodice with floral engravings typical of Art Nouveau. The bust is signed on the back and numbered "1661". Dimensions: Height: 29 cm. Length: 29 cm. Depth: 14 cm. The piece is in generally good condition, with a few small chips to mention (see photos) and will be delivered in appropriate packaging.
